<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sealing sheet excelling in a steam barrier property without needing a long-time thermal cure process in manufacture, and capable of reducing contamination of a vacuum pump and oil. <P>SOLUTION: This resin sealing sheet is used for sealing a sealing object by tightly fitting a resin layer in a softened state thereto.
