PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for a floor mat which can form a spike or a through hole stably and securely at a resin side without being influenced by a form change of the floor mat or a thickness variation of a fibrous base material. SOLUTION: The mold 1 for the floor mat is formed by placing a fibrous base material C and a molten resin L in a laminated manner on the pressure receiving surface of a bottom mold 2, pressing the molten resin L by the pressing surface of a top mold 4 to press fit, the fibrous base material C and the molten resin L, and forming a plurality of spikes and through holes in the surface of the molten resin L by a plurality of bottomed holes and penetrating pins P formed on the pressing surface. In the mold, a first piece member 18 with the penetrating pin P formed in a projecting fashion and a second piece member 24 with the bottomed hole are fitted to the pressing surface K2 of the top mold 4 so as to be replaced.
