PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily replace a flooring material and leave the flooring material as is for reuse. SOLUTION: In this air conditioner, a base material sheet 6 is adhered to the surface of a heat radiation sheet 5 over a small joist 2, and a release sheet 8 is adhered to a position over the small joist 2 on the upper face of the base material sheet 6. The flooring material 10 is bonded on the release sheet 8. The adhesion strength between the base material sheet 6 and the release sheet 8 is set smaller than bonding strength between the heat radiation sheet 5 and a mat body 1, the heat radiation sheet 5 and the base material sheet 6 and the release sheet 8 and the flooring material 10. During the replacement of the flooring material 10, when the flooring material 10 is peeled by a claw bar, the flooring material 10 can be peeled from the top face of the base material sheet 6 together with the release sheet 8 due to the difference of the bonding strength.
