PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed decorative sheet whose bubbles are hardly broken and has a desired expansion ratio. SOLUTION: The foamed decorative sheet has at least a foamed resin layer on a base material. (1) The foamed resin layer is formed by foaming a blowing agent-containing resin layer. (2) The blowing agent-containing resin layer is formed from a resin composition containing (i) a polymer obtained from at least one selected from a group consisting of acrylic acid and methacrylic acid as a monomer and (ii) a titanic acid compound.
