PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate discriminating a type of a CM with high accuracy. SOLUTION: A broadcast advertisement discrimination device 1 includes a first input unit 2, a second input unit 3, a first acquisition unit 4, a second acquisition unit 5, a verification unit 6 and a decision unit 7. The first acquisition unit 4 acquires the image information of a broadcast advertisement broadcasted within a network program from the image information of a first broadcast advertisement inputted by the first input unit 2. The second acquisition unit 5 acquires the image information of the broadcast advertisement of a time zone during which the same program as the network program is broadcasted from the image information of a second broadcast advertisement inputted by the second input unit 3. The verification unit 6 collates the image information acquired by the first acquisition unit 4 with the image information acquired by the second acquisition unit 5.
