PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To narrow a radio wave dead zone of a cellphone terminal, and secure the convenience of the cellphone terminal. SOLUTION: A mobile repeater 40 includes a communication unit 42 for communicating with an apparatus which is positioned in a specific communicable area and registered in advance and also communicating with the other device in the specific communicable area. The communication unit 42 communicates with a cellphone terminal 20 registered in advance as that apparatus, communicates with a control station 30 via a repeater 10 with the repeater 10 disposed to be communicable with the control station 30 of a cellphone network as the other device, establishes a channel between the cellphone terminal 20 and a mating communicator and relays communication between the cellphone terminal 20 and the mating communicator.
