PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable coating material capable of forming, on a surface of a polycarbonate resin substrate, a cured film having excellent adhesion at high temperature and high humidity in addition to good transparency, scratch resistance, and antistatic property. SOLUTION: The curable coating material for polycarbonate resin contains a compound (A) having two or more (meth)acryloyl groups per molecule, conductive fine particles (B), and an organic solvent (C), wherein at least a compound (C-1) having a solubility parameter of 8.0-10.0 (cal/cm<SP>3</SP>)<SP>1/2</SP>is contained as the organic solvent (C).
