PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing that can be resealed while preventing from entering outside air and the like when pouring out content, and also reduce cost. SOLUTION: The housing includes a housing portion 4 for housing content, which is formed by overlapping sheetlike members 3a and 3b and adhering the circumferences of the members by heat, and a pouring-out portion 10 for pouring out the content. A split valve 20 is arranged in the pouring-out portion 10 so as to intervene between the sheetlike members. The split valve 20 is formed by a pair of valve bodies 22 and 24 which are contacted by pressure so as to oppose against each other by the heat adhesion. The split valve 20 is pressed open so that the valve bodies 22 and 24 are separated from each other by a pressing pressure of the content due to an external pressure against the housing portion 4.
