PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary washing device which can wash a washing area by making water evenly reach the washing area wider than a washing area in the case of conventional bidet washing, which does not give a sense of discomfort such as a strong stimulus to the central part of a woman's delicate area beyond necessity, and which can restrain the washing water from scattering to the outside of a desired washing area. SOLUTION: This sanitary washing device ejects the washing water 500 to the private parts of the human body from a water ejection hole 433 of a nozzle 410 for use in bidet washing. The sanitary washing device includes: a water ejection means for performing the hollow cone-shaped ejection 510 of the washing water 500 from the water ejection hole 433; and a crushing means which forms a granulated water flow 520 by crushing a liquid membrane of the washing water 500 undergoing the hollow cone-shaped ejection 510, before the washing water 500 reaches the private parts of the human body, and which infills the granulated water flow 520 into the hollow part of the washing water 500 undergoing the hollow cone-shaped ejection 510. The crushing means crushes the liquid membrane by forming the water flow in the direction of crossing the liquid membrane inside the liquid membrane of the washing water 500 undergoing the hollow cone-shaped ejection 510 from the water ejection hole.
