Disclosed is a photovoltaic power-generating apparatus. The photovoltaic power-generating apparatus comprises: a solar cell panel; a first heat-dissipating member arranged beneath the solar cell panel; and a plurality of second heat-dissipating members inserted into the solar cell panel and the first heat-dissipating member. As the photovoltaic power-generating apparatus of the present invention has a structure which can easily dissipate heat, the performance and durability thereof are improved.
