According to the invention, measures of electric charges obtained by the impact of an ionizing radiation on a semi-conductor detector are compiled into a histogram. Calibrations and information obtained in another manner are used for obtaining measure acceptance probabilities for establishing a histogram of events by weighing the measures in order to remove the influence of some factors (such as scattered radiation) or, conversely, to enhance same influence.
