The invention relates to a menu driven device which includes a graphical user interface (GUI) in the form of a touch screen, a camera, a USB or Mini USB port, cache and buffer memory and which is able to connect to digital libraries or servers via cell phone connectivity using Wi- Fi or similar connection types. The device includes a custom-built software program which is able to manage the connection of the device to digital libraries in order to search for legal or medical information as well as entertainment data.
