PURPOSE: Roasted sauce for udon noodles and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the spicy flavor of red pepper paste to the sauce, and to secure the unique flavor and the savory taste of eaters. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of roasted sauce for udon noodles comprises the following steps: cutting 3~5kg of onion, 400~600g of garlic, 110~130g of carrot, and 500~700g of ham; grinding the cut ingredients with 2~3kg of water using a mixer; inserting 290~310g of curry, 290~310g of cream soup, 60~80g of red pepper powder, 40~60g of soy sauce, 1.5~2.5kg of sugar, 20~40g of artificial seasoning, and 0.8~1.2g of black pepper powder into the mixture; and adding 6~8kg of red pepper paste, 2~3kg of water, and 60~80g of sesame seeds. |
