<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of surveying a viewing rate or the like while using a program guide. <P>SOLUTION: A user terminal displays a program guide (s13) and is brought into a standby state (s14). When a program in the program guide is selected (s15:NO, s16:YES) and when the program is broadcast (s17:YES), the program is displayed (s18). Next, the value of sbc is set to ebc and the channel of a program selected to sbc is set (s19). Thus, the channel of the program whose viewing has been completed is set to the ebc and the channel of a program to be viewed is set to the sbc. Next, data constituted of the sbc and the ebc are transmitted to an investigator device (s20). The investigator device adds 1 to bn corresponding to the sbc and subtracts 1 from bn corresponding to the ebc. As regards the viewing rate, the total of each bn is calculated every one minute for a viewing rate and a ratio of the bn to the total is calculated as the viewing rate of a channel corresponding to the bn. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
