<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift register circuit that prevents a malfunction caused by a leak current. <P>SOLUTION: The shift register circuit includes, in its output stage, a transistor T1 connected between an output terminal OUT and a first clock terminal A, and a transistor T2 connected between the output terminal OUT and ground GND. A transistor T3 connected to a node N2 to be connected to the gate of the transistor T2 charges the node N2 in synchronization with a clock signal of the first clock terminal A in a period where the transistor T2 is made conductive by charging the node N2, to compensate for level reduction of the node N2 due to a leak current. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
