<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronically recorded monetary claim receiving device or the like for supporting negation processing of monetary claim and debt related to the electronically recorded monetary claim in an accounting system. <P>SOLUTION: Regarding monetary claim identified by slip number, a debtor (or creditor) adds a slip number to an electronically recorded monetary claim receiving system from the accounting system, and charges occurrence recording of the electronically recorded monetary claim. The electronically recorded monetary claim receiving system receives the monetary claim number assigned when the occurrence is recorded from an electronic monetary claim recording agency system, and transmits the slip number and monetary claim number to the accounting systems of the debtor and the creditor. The accounting systems of the debtor and the creditor manages the slip number and the monetary claim number in association with each other. In settlement of the electronically recorded monetary claim, an EB system receives settlement information including the monetary claim number from the electronic monetary claim recording agency system, and records the monetary claim number on an account activity statement. Thus, the monetary claim to be negation-processed can be specified from the slip number associated with the monetary claim number recorded on the account activity statement read by the accounting systems of the debtor and the creditor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
