<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve humidifying efficiency by effectively using the whole of a plurality of hollow fiber membranes. <P>SOLUTION: The humidifying module 10 includes a first porous body 74a to a fourth porous body 74d partitioning the inside of a cylindrical casing 70 into a first hollow fiber membrane layer 76a to a fourth hollow fiber membrane layer 76d. A plurality of hollow fiber membranes 78 are enclosed in each of the first hollow fiber membrane layer 76a to the fourth hollow fiber membrane layer 76a. The first porous body 74a to the fourth porous body 74d have cylindrical shapes respectively with different diameters, and the first porous body 74a to the fourth porous body 74d are fixed to the internal wall of the cylindrical casing 70 constituting an inlet part 72a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
