<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gene analyzer needing no troublesome operation and enabling the gene analysis of high reproducibility. <P>SOLUTION: The gene analyzer includes: a reaction vessel 1 for containing a sample, where nucleic acid amplification and photo-coupling reaction are carried out; temperature control means 2 for controlling the temperature of a sample in the reaction vessel 1; a light source 31 for photo-coupling to irradiate the sample in the reaction vessel 1 with light that promotes the photo-coupling reaction; and fluorescence measurement means 4 including: an exciting light source 41 for fluorescence measurement for measuring the presence/absence of photo-coupling reaction in the sample in the reaction vessel 1, and a fluorescence-obtaining unit 42. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
