PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve member large in relative deformation quantity to dimensions and hardly sticking to other members. SOLUTION: A differential pressure valve includes a first chamber 181 composing a part of a passage; second chambers 182, 184 communicating with a passage downstream of the first chamber; and a movable film 500 disposed between the first chamber 181 and second chambers 182, 184 and at least partially formed of an elastic material to be elastically deformed according to the difference between the pressure of liquid in the first chamber 181 and the pressure of liquid in the second chambers 182, 184 to open/close the passage. Out of the movable film 500, at least a part Dg of a portion S11 in contact with the other member 115 forming the passage is made of a contact material which is material including at least a part of components composing the elastic material and material whose rate of components acting as a softener out of the components is less than that of the elastic material.
