PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for manufacturing a laminated iron core capable of suppressing any bend of an iron core piece in a laminated state when punching the iron core piece from a workpiece, and enhancing the product accuracy. SOLUTION: An iron core piece Wa is punched out of a workpiece W by a die 13 and a punch 15, and the iron core piece Wa is laminated under the side pressure in a side pressure ring 14 to constituted a laminated iron core. In this case, every time when the iron core piece Wa is punched from the workpiece W, the iron core piece Wa in the laminated state in the side pressure ring 14 is pushed up to locate an upper surface of the iron core piece Wa1 at the upper end on the same level as the upper surface of the die 13.
