PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing in which base oil discharged from a grease storing seat can be supplied to the bearing more effectively and whose life can be extended by grease lubrication. SOLUTION: An outer ring 2 is provided with an outer ring inclining surface 2b which continues to an outer ring raceway surface 2a and which inclines to be positioned at an inner diameter side as it approaches the outer ring raceway surface 2a. The outer ring 2 is provided with the circular grease storing seat 4 partially engaged with an inner peripheral surface 2d of the outer ring 2 for storing grease inside. The grease storing seat 4 includes an in-bearing insertion part 11 with its edge inserted near the outer ring raceway surface 2a to face to the outer ring inclining surface 2b and formed to be an uneven shape along the circumferential direction. A base oil discharge gap for discharging the base oil of the grease stored in the grease storing seat 4 is formed of the uneven edge of the in-bearing insertion part 11 and the outer ring inclining surface 2b.
