PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade having excellent erosion resistance and fouling resistance in such an environment as contacting with gas directly. SOLUTION: The blade is equipped with a blade-shaped base 13, a hard material layer 20 composed of a hard material and provided in a first range A1 at the uppermost layer being part of the surface of the base 13, and a fouling resisting material layer 21 composed of a fouling resisting material and provided in a second range A2 at the uppermost layer except the first range A1 on the surface of the base 13.
