PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operation efficiency of a refrigerating air conditioner for cooling objects with different target cooling temperatures by a plurality of evaporators. SOLUTION: The target cooling temperatures of the cooling objects by the evaporators are individually set by a target temperature setting means, an operation stop of each evaporator is determined in response to the temperature of the cooling object and the target cooling temperature by an evaporator operation determining means, the operation capacity of a compressor is determined on the basis of the target cooling temperature of an operated evaporator by a compressor capacity control means (step 12), and the capacity control operation of the compressor is carried out (step 13). Particularly, the compressor capacity control means shifts a target value of capacity control on the basis of a higher target cooling temperature of the target cooling temperatures of the operated evaporator.
