<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper having improved adhesion onto a human body and preventing a lateral leakage as a result. <P>SOLUTION: A body 10 and a back side flap 20 are joined to each other with an adhesive material such as an HMA in joint parts 51, 52.
