PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of a point card, a patient registration card and the like made of cardboard wherein users are likely to be unable to find or forget paper cards when visiting or making reservations (by telephone) at a shop, a hospital or the like that issued the cards, because the cards deteriorate and become dirty after each use and the users store the cards in unconspicuous wallet pockets (c) or do not store the cards in their wallets, with the result that the users have to look for the cards or lose the timing to use them, and wherein, while card users store cards made of good material in the card pockets (d) of their wallets, the number of pockets is limited, with the result that cards exceeding the number have to be stored in layers, making it impossible to recognize the cards underneath or making it hard to take out the cards.
