PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit further processing of a film substrate on which electrodes and wires are formed in the process of manufacturing an electronic member without misalignment of the film substrate with the electrodes and wires. SOLUTION: The electronic member 1 is manufactured by a method including a fixing step of fixing a film sheet 2 having a conductive film 21b formed on the surface thereof and serving as the base of a film substrate 3 of the electronic member 1 onto a rigid base member 6, a pattern forming step of patterning the conductive film 21b based on the position of the base member 6, which is in the positioned state, to form an electrode 31 on the film sheet 2 and form a first alignment mark 34 on the film sheet 2 based on the position of the base member 6, and a separation step of separating the film sheet 2 from the base member 6.
