PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination weighing apparatus capable of detecting articles by a metal detection device. SOLUTION: The combination weighing apparatus 3 to be disposed upstream from the metal detection device 5 in an article production line includes a loading section 31 loading articles conveyed by a feeder 2 into the combined weighing apparatus 3 from above, a dispersing section 32 radially dispersing the articles fed from the loading section 31, a plurality of conveyance sections 33 conveying the articles fed from the dispersing section 32, weighing hoppers 35 temporarily storing the articles fed from each conveyance section 33, load cells 36 weighing a weight of the articles stored in each weighing hopper 35, a collection chute 37 collecting the articles discharged from the plurality of weighing hoppers 35 corresponding to a combination realizing a target weight, and a magnetization means for magnetizing the articles.
