摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermistor monitoring device which accurately determines short-circuit faults of transistors for switching a plurality of thermistors. SOLUTION: The thermistor monitoring device having first to third thermistors connected in parallel switches the thermistor to be checked by on/off operations of transistors for switching the first to third thermistors, and sequentially retrieves voltage between both ends of the first to third thermistors to determine temperature of each thermistor. When the device switches the thermistor to be checked from the first to the second thermistor, the device includes measurement period in which the combined resistance of the first and second thermistors is measured by turning on the first and second thermistors at the same time. The device determines to be normal if subsequently measured value of the second thermistor is greater than the combined resistance in the measurement period and determines the short-circuit fault of the transistor for switching the first thermistor if the combined resistance is equal to the measured value of the second resistance.
