PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make uniform wiring systems of an electric motor and a solenoid-operated pilot type control valve, and to suppress the occurrence of an effect that a water adsorbent in a dryer is exposed to the atmosphere. SOLUTION: A cylinder head 4 has an exhaust passage 12 having an air pilot type control valve 20 which makes an exhaust port 13 communicate with an exhaust hole 25 at an outside air side when it receives compressed air from the supply/exhaust passage 10 as pilot pressure, and at normal operation, the head blocks the exhaust port 13. A solenoid-operated pilot type control valve 34 is installed in a pilot passage 33 to lead the pilot pressure to a pressure receiving chamber 30 of the air pilot type control valve 20. The solenoid-operated pilot type control valve 34 makes the exhaust passage 12 communicate with outside air by supplying the pilot pressure to the pressure receiving chamber 30 when it is in an initial position (a) in which no current is fed, and stops supplying the pilot pressure to the pressure receiving chamber 30 and blocks the exhaust port 13 against the outside air when a current is fed to cause changing over into the exciting position (b).
