PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed board reducing a delay-time difference among a plurality of signal lines without further decreasing a blank layout efficiency, and a method for manufacturing the printed board. SOLUTION: A printed board includes: an insulating body forming a flat surface and including an insulating cloth arranged on the insulating body and having first fibers and second fibers orthogonal to the first fibers on the flat surface; and printed wiring including a plurality of signal lines running parallel to each other and wired on the flat surface of the insulating body so that a direction of the plurality of signal lines is tilted to a direction of the first or second fibers at an angle determined based on a blank layout efficiency of the insulating body and a predetermined delay-time difference between the plurality of signal lines.
