<p>A communication terminal apparatus which is wirelessly connected to an access point and uses voice data packets to perform voice communication, and a handover control method and handover control program for the same. The communication terminal apparatus is provided with a jitter monitoring unit (RTP jitter monitoring unit (10)) and a handover trigger generation unit (12). The jitter monitoring unit monitors the jittering of the voice data packets (RTP packets) received from the connected access point (AP (41, 42, 43...4N)). According to the frequency of jitter exceeding an allowable value within a predetermined period, the handover trigger generation unit generates a handover trigger for switching connection from the connected access point to another access point.</p> |
