Disclosed is a light source module which is provided with: a plurality of light guide bodies (21) which are arranged in parallel in the longitudinal direction; light sources (30), each of which inputs light to each of the light guide bodies (21) from at least one end surface of the light guide body in the longitudinal direction; a light source wiring substrate (32), on which the light sources (30), and positive potential side wiring lines and negative potential side wiring lines for carrying currents to the light sources (30) are disposed; and an LED driver circuit (40) which drives lighting of the light sources (30). Each of the light sources (30) provided on each of the light guide bodies (21) is independently driven to be lighted by means of the LED driver circuit (40). Among the wiring lines connected to the light sources (30) on the light source wiring substrate (32), at least two pairs of high potential side anode wiring lines (30a) are used as common wiring lines. Thus, the light source module having a reduced thickness by making the wiring region small in the case where a side edge type light guide plate is divided into a plurality of sections, and an electronic apparatus provided with such light source module are provided.
