PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for adding a movement detection means of a local host to a method for determining a display position by moving the local host when a display area is extracted from a recording image and displayed, because recording resolution is greater than display resolution in a digital camera or the like. SOLUTION: The movement detection of the local host when displaying an image is shared with an image stabilization means when the image is photographed, and achieved by changing thresholds of blurring detection when the image is photographed and reproduced, thereby enabling a user to select the display area with the operation similar to when a subject is chased in photographing at lower cost.
