<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin transformer for power supplies which satisfies opposite phenomena in which leakage inductance and current in a vertical direction are reduced, and which makes assembly work easy by reducing height as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: The thin transformer for power supplies includes at least first and second coils on which a copper wire of an insulating film is wound in a helical shape and in which the two coils are laminated with an insulating plate therebetween and the pedestal of an EI type ferrite core is arranged in the center of the first and second coils and the insulating plate so as to penetrate the center. The coils are wound such that the inner diameter of the second coil becomes larger than the inner diameter of the first coil. The thickness of the insulating plate is individually adjusted, an impedance between the coils is increased, and an alternating current flowing between the first coil and the second coil is reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
