PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intensively manage information such as maintenance information for an electric apparatus by an information processing apparatus, and to allow a separate apparatus or the like different from the information processing apparatus to use the information as well.

SOLUTION: A server computer SV2 includes: a data acquisition unit 22 which acquires data in Script format including predetermined information that has been output from each of one or more network-connected image forming apparatus; a tabulation unit 23 which extracts maintenance information from the Script format data acquired by the data acquisition unit 22 to be tabulated; and a data conversion unit 24 which converts the tabulated information that has been tabulated by the tabulation unit 23 into a data format which is interpretable by a device different from the server computer SV2 and which is different from the Script format.
