PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detachably attach protection devices for a pipe to the inner peripheral face of the pipe, prevent water and dust from adhering to a flange face, the edge circumferential portion of the pipe and the inner peripheral face of the pipe and prevent these portions from being damaged. SOLUTION: In each of the first and second protection devices 11, 12 for the pipe, a first attaching ring 13 having elasticity is arranged between the outer peripheral edge portions of a first closing member 14 and a first pressing member 15 and, by fastening a first nut 21 screwed to a first bolt shaft portion 17, the first attaching ring 13 is caught between the first closing member 14 and the first pressing member 15 is brought into pressure contact with the inner peripheral face 7b of the pipe 7. In such a state that the first attaching ring 13 is in pressure contact with the inner peripheral face 7b of the pipe 7, by further fastening the first nut 21, a first fastening part 18 is further compressedly deformed, and a cover 33 presses and closely contacts a first protection packing 23 against the edge circumferential portion 7a of the pipe 7 and the flange face 8a.
