PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an electromagnetic wave shielding film which can manufacture an electromagnetic wave shield at low cost which can surely shield electromagnetic waves. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the electromagnetic wave shielding film 20 prepares: a strip-shaped resin film 21; a resin film 25 with a strip-shaped mesh layer which consists of a strip-shaped metal mesh layer 22 laminated on the resin film 21; and a strip-shaped functional film 23. Then, in the strip-shaped functional film 23, a plurality of rectangular shape part 26 and cutting lines 28, which divide margins 27 located between rectangular shape parts 26, respectively, are provided. Then, on the resin film 25 with the strip-shaped mesh layer, the strip-shaped functional film 23, in which the cutting lines 28 are provided, is laminated. Then, the resin film 25 with the strip-shaped mesh layer and the strip-shaped functional film 23 which is laminated on the resin film, are pressurized to be adhered to each other.
