PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble an electronic apparatus with an excellent outside view easily. SOLUTION: A cylindrical exterior case body 20 is set upside down, an operation unit 32 is inserted into the exterior case body 20, and a shutter button and a power supply button of the operation unit 32 are fitted into a shutter button aperture part 27 and a power supply button aperture part 28. Secondly, an internal frame 30 is inserted into the exterior case body 20 to be screwed by screws 33a to 33d, and a backing metal plate is screwed to a side part 30c of the internal frame 30 by a screw 38, whereby the operation unit 32 is positioned and locked on between an inner wall face of the exterior case body 20 and an operation unit support part 30a of the internal frame 30 by a spacer. Fitting parts 21a and 22a of a right cover 21 and a left cover 22 are so inserted into aperture parts 20a and 20b of the exterior case body 20 as to be screwed by screws 36a to 36d, and then the aperture parts 20a and 20b are plugged by the right cover 21 and the left cover 22, and assembling of a digital camera is finished.
