PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeping implement which allows a usual person to sleep on the stomach half or on the side without anxiety and prevents the usual person from shifting to sleep on the back. SOLUTION: The sleeping implement is for sleeping while preventing sleeping on the back. The sleeping implement is composed of a mat member 2 to be matted under the sleeping person 100 and a garment 4 to be worn by the sleeping person 100. First connection devices 10 are attached to a predetermined parts of the mat member 2 and second connection devices 46 are attached to the sleeves 44 of the garment 4. The first and second connection devices 10 and 46 are detachably connected with each other. The first connection devices 10 are respectively composed of a female or male type first connection member and the second connection devices 46 are respectively composed of a male or female type second connection member.
