PURPOSE: A method for coating heating paint and a steering handle are provided to uniformly form a heating paint layer on a target to be coated, on the surface of which is concave-convex shaped, and easily control the thickness of the heating paint layer. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(10) with a concave part is prepared. Heating paint(20) is filled in the concave part of the substrate. Remained heating paint around the concave part of the substrate is eliminated. The heating paint is transferred to an elastic pad(30). The heating paint is transferred to a target to be coated(40) using the elastic pad containing the heating paint. |
