<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of easily and economically manufacturing a separator for fuel cell satisfying each of various required characteristics such as conductivity, corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and thinning or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A first and a second intaglios 27, 28 are obtained by using a convex matrix 25 having a molding surface formed in the same shape as a shape of one surface of a substrate 21 where concave grooves 23, 24 are formed. After conductive resin ink containing conductive resin 22, solvent, and conductive filler is filled in the molding surface of the first and the second intaglios 27, 28, the solvent is removed from the conductive resin ink by heating and the conductive resin 22 is made to be B-stage by the heating. The conductive resin 22 filled in the first and the second intaglios 27, 28 and a surface of the substrate 21 are thermocompression-bonded to bond the conductive resin 22 on the surface of the substrate 21. The first and the second intaglios 27, 28 are peeled off from the conductive resin 22 and a shape, in which the convex part and the concave part of the molding surfaces of the first and the second intaglios 27, 28 are reversed respectively, is formed on the surface of the conductive resin 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
