<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rack transporting apparatus for smoothly transporting a specimen rack using a transporting passage. <P>SOLUTION: A rack transporting unit 3a includes a measuring line 3aM for transporting the specimen rack to a measuring unit 51, a transporting line 3aF for transporting the specimen rack in the same direction as the transporting direction of the measuring line 3aM without passing the same through the measuring unit 51, a return line 3aR for transporting the specimen rack in the direction opposite to the transporting direction of the transporting line 3aF, a first rack transfer mechanism for transferring the specimen rack to the measuring line 3aM from the transporting line 3aF through a before-analysis rack holding part 33 which can hold the specimen rack and a second rack transfer mechanism for transferring the specimen rack to the transporting line 3aF or return line 3aR from the measuring line 3aM through an after-analysis rack holding part 34 which can hold the specimen rack. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
