<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power management method of devices including a processor. <P>SOLUTION: The electric power management method of the devices including the processor includes a step for applying a main clock signal to the processor to enter an active mode, and a step for performing scaling for an electric power level of the processor to enter an idle mode.
