<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embedded piping structure including a pile structural body suitably used for restoration of water supply pipes, fire extinguishing facilities, and the like in an earthquake, the pile structural body, and a method for applying the pile structural body into ground. <P>SOLUTION: The pile structural body 220 included in the embedded piping structure 200 includes an intake 222 arranged near embedded piping (206, 208, 210) and taking fluid therein, an internal channel leading fluid flowing in from the intake 222, a discharge opening 302b provided at a head part 300 of the pile structural body and discharging fluid flowing in the internal channel to an outside of the pile structural body, an earthquake sensing structure 350 detecting vibration of set intensity or higher, and a light emitting means 350 emitting light in response to detection of vibration by the earthquake sensing mechanism.
