摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique allowing efficient handling in response to a characteristic, a situation of an objective system or the like, in an operation management system (incident management system). <P>SOLUTION: The incident management system 10 obtains information of an incident (including information of the characteristic and the situation of an objective system 1) generated in the objective system 1. A handling information obtaining part 30 determines whether information of the incident corresponds to known incident information or not, by retrieving information stored in a DB 50, and obtains and outputs handling information including a handling procedure about the known incident, when corresponding to the known incident. The handling information obtaining part 30 also draws out a proper handling procedure, based on the characteristic and the situation of the objective system 1, a service level and the like, on the basis of a retrieval result.
