摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric converter including an intermediate contact layer with optimized reflection characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric converter 100 includes a transparent electrode layer 2 on a substrate 1 including an uneven structure on a surface opposite to the substrate 1, a photoelectric conversion layer 3 including two power generation layers 91, 92 on the transparent electrode layer 2, a back electrode layer 4 on the photoelectric conversion layer 3, and an intermediate contact layer 5 provided between the two power generation layers 91, 92, wherein the intermediate contact layer 5 includes a titanium oxide film mainly containing titanium oxide and a backside transparent conductive film mainly containing transparent conductive oxide in the order from the side of the substrate 1, and wherein a film thickness of the titanium oxide film is in a range of 65-110 nm when the thickness of the backside transparent conductive film is 5 nm, 65-95 nm when the thickness of the backside transparent conductive film is 10 nm, 65-90 nm when the thickness of the backside transparent conductive film is 15 nm, 60-85 nm when the thickness of the backside transparent conductive film is 20 nm, 55-70 nm when the thickness of the backside transparent conductive film is 25 nm, and 55-65 nm when the thickness of the backside transparent conductive film is 30 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
