<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent output of an alarm when a program for a protective relay is updated. <P>SOLUTION: A protective controller is equipped with: a protective control unit which detects the abnormality of current or voltage from a transmission system and outputs a breaking signal to a breaker in the transmission system; a network unit which stores therein a program for realizing a network-related function; a running condition output unit which outputs a running condition signal when the running condition of a program is normal; a running monitoring unit which outputs an alarm signal when the running condition signal does not satisfy a set condition; an output unit which sends out the alarm signal to the corresponding external equipment; a program updating unit which receives an updating program from the outside to update the current program; and an alarm signal cutoff mechanism which cuts off an alarm signal between the output unit and the external equipment during a program updating period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
