<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watertight construction capable of solving the problem that water-tightness is reduced due to the deterioration of a packing, easily replacing the deteriorated packing, and easily insert a watertight member into gaps to stabilize the water tightness. <P>SOLUTION: The watertight construction for a bathtub apron 1 blocks a gap S appearing between an inner surface of a lower end 1a and a side surface of a rising part 2a of a waterproof pan when fixing the lower end 1a of the bathtub apron 1 to the bank-shaped rising part 2a of the waterproof pan 2. The gap S is closed by inserting the watertight member 4 from below. The watertight member 4 is formed by a lid-shaped part 4a for blocking an opening on the lower side of the gap S by adhesion to a lower end surface 1b of the bathtub apron 1 and the side surface of the rising part 2a of the waterproof pan 2 and an insertion part 4b to be inserted in the gap S from below. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
