<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spouting cap which allows a spout to be opened/closed smoothly with less resistance without impairing sealing properties and prevents a decline in durability. <P>SOLUTION: The spouting cap 1 includes a topped cylindrical cap body 4 fitted in a mouth 3 of a container 2 holding contents, and a lid 7 connected to the cap body 4 via a hinge 6. A ceiling wall 9 of the cap body 4 is provided with a communicating cylinder 10 which extends in the direction of its crossing a cap axis O1 and whose interior communicates with the interior of the cap body 4. The communicating cylinder 10 has a topped cylindrical outer body 12 with a spout 11 formed on its top wall 12a, the outer body 12 externally fitted to be movable in the direction of the axis O3 of the communicating cylinder 10, and an inner stopper 13 which blocks the spout 11 from the inside of the outer body 12. On the inner surface of the lid 7, an engaging projecting piece 28 is formed to project, which when the lid 7 opens/closes, engages with the outer body 12 so that it moves along the direction of the axis O3 and open/close the spout 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
