PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device having an improved aperture ratio. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device includes a pixel group wherein a first pixel and a second pixel are disposed repeatedly in this order in an x direction, and a first gate signal line and a second gate signal line for the pixel group. An intermediate electrode electrically connected to a pixel electrode forms a capacitive element between the intermediate electrode itself and a storage line, and the storage line includes a first storage line adjacent to the first gate signal line, a second storage line adjacent to the second gate signal line, and a third storage line electrically connected to the first storage line and the second storage line, wherein the intermediate electrode of the first pixel has a first extension part extending while superposing on the third storage line and a second extension part extending while superposing on the second storage line.
